Introducing Property & EPC Services at KM Design

I’m excited to share that I am now a newly qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, offering Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments across Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and the surrounding areas.

This marks an exciting new chapter for KM Design, expanding our services into property and energy performance assessment, while continuing to build on the same professional, detail-led approach that sits at the heart of my consultancy work.

What is an EPC?

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a document that shows how energy efficient a property is, rated from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient).

The certificate provides:

  • an overall energy efficiency rating

  • estimated energy costs

  • environmental impact information

  • recommendations for improving the property’s performance

EPCs are typically required when:

  • selling a property

  • renting out a property

  • building a new home

  • renewing certain tenancy agreements

For landlords and sellers, having an up-to-date EPC is an important part of legal compliance and property marketing.

A new service with the same professional approach

Although this is a new service offering, it reflects the same values that have always underpinned KM Design — clarity, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail.
